Gin swings it for BBH as winners of this weeks People's Choice award
Summer drinking must be on everyones minds this week as Gordon's Gin "Shall We G&T Started?" (yes please) topped the poll in this week's UTalkMarketing People's Choice Award.
BBH created this campaign to remind the audience of the fresh, crisp taste of Gordon’s and Tonic and to re-position Gordon’s and Tonic as the first drink of the evening. Sounds good to us!
The campaign, which first aired on July 30, brings together two English actors, Philip Glenister and Emilia Fox, to deliver banter and dialogue that is witty, sharp and fresh – embodying the Gordon’s brand.   
The ad came tops in the UTalkMarketing People’s Choice – our weekly poll, held in collaboration with OMD Snapshots where we ask 1,000 members of the public to vote for their favourite advert currently in the marketplace.
It received 14% of the vote, placing it ahead of the first runner-up, when participants were asked, "Which of the adverts made you want to buy the product or service advertised?"
Unfortunately the other Gin labels don't have an evil sorceress working for them...
